Pseudoglobes on rhombicuboctahedra, gnomonic projection.

Technically, this is a "small" rhombicuboctahedron (yes, there's another solid called the great rhombicuboctahedron). It is relatively large and easy to build.

Please read the assembly tips. You may find easier first closing the long horizontal strip of squares (the equatorial band in the square-poled version), then assembling the top half. Finish with the face with no tabs.
